Writers Vs Performers

by The Comedy Nerds on March 14, 2011

It is the fight of the century. In this corner, The Performer. With a desperate desire to be liked and full of enough “please-look-at-me” neediness to fill a dozen therapist notebooks, you can see it all over The Performer’s “daddy didn’t love me enough” face, they’re out for blood and laughs, whatever the cost. But in this corner, we have The Writer. Steely, calculating, and with a fully formed opinion on the Teapot Dome Scandal, The Writer comes out swinging with a one-two punch of clever notions and air-tight sketch construction. Who will win in this epic, eternal struggle. Listen to find out. If you got the guts!
