Owning A Comedy Palace

by The Comedy Nerds on October 11, 2010

On this week’s episode, we are joined by Rebecca Trent, owner of The Creek and The Cave a fantastic bar/restaurant/independent comedy palace in beautiful Long Island City (just minutes away from Midtown Manhattan!) We talk about what makes someone want to start a comedy club, the cold hard facts of dealing with comedians and burritos, and the joys of helping to nurture comedy you like.

Plus! The power of folders! Ving Rhames crushes your face with one hand! And a trivia question that you can answer for fabulous prizes!!!

Great episode! Rebecca Trent seems like a modern day Enrico Banducci and The Creek and the Cave like the hungry i. I’m intrigued.
